Job Summary：Management Trainee
Air conditioning and heating engineer Innovation is a way of life at Carrier. Our air conditioning and heating engineers focus on using intelligent design and technology to develop efficient, precisely engineered heating and cooling systems. At Research Recruitment we are able to offer a professional recruitment, specifically tailored to the market research industry. Our team in China possess postgraduate qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Modeling, Refrigeration and Compressor, giving us a wide basis of disciplines to draw upon.
Management Trainee Program The Program is made up of 3 different developing phases. Regular performance evaluations from mentors, customers and trainees themselves are during the whole program. All the Management Trainees are expected to pass each phase successfully with their own effort and the help of their mentors.
Profile Qualification
§ Education Background
High caliber undergraduate or graduate students in HVAC, Mechanics, Electrics, Automation or related majors
§ Language Ability
Fluent in both written and oral English
§ Key Competency
Strong interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking, good problem solving and leadership skills, team sprit, willing to work under pressure

崗位職責(zé)：

根據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)期及試用期的表現(xiàn)，可安排在售后工程師、售前工程師、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試工程師、客服在線支持工程師、產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)理等崗位上。

任職資格：　

1、本科以上學(xué)歷，重點(diǎn)高校應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，電子、自動(dòng)化、計(jì)算機(jī)、信息管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)均可；

英文讀寫流暢，CET-4級(jí)或以上水平；

3、 熟悉至少1種數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)（Oracle,Informix,Sybase,DB2,SQL Server, SAP等）；

4、有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)能力，愿意從事售后技術(shù)支持、研發(fā)類、銷售類工作。
