報(bào)告題目：Linear Representations of Finite Geometries and Associated LDPC Codes

摘要：The linear representation of a subset of a finite projective space is an

incidence structure of affine points and lines determined by the subset. In this talk we use character theory to show that the rank of the incidence matrix has a direct geometric interpretation in terms of certain hyperplanes. We consider the LDPC codes defined by taking the incidence matrix and its transpose as parity-check matrices, and in the former case prove a conjecture of Vandendriessche that the code is generated by words of minimum weight called plane words. In the latter case we compute the minimum weight in

some cases and provide a few constructions of codewords.

個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：向青，講席教授。研究領(lǐng)域包括組合設(shè)計(jì)、有限幾何、編碼理論和加法組合。1995年畢業(yè)于俄亥俄州立大學(xué)，獲博士學(xué)位。1999年獲得國(guó)際組合數(shù)學(xué)及其應(yīng)用協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的Kirkman獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆Ｔ蚊绹?guó)加州理工學(xué)院Bateman Instructor, 美國(guó)特拉華（Delaware）大學(xué)終身教職，和浙江大學(xué)講座教授?，F(xiàn)為南方科技大學(xué)講席教授。

向青教授用深刻的代數(shù)和數(shù)論工具來(lái)研究組合設(shè)計(jì)，有限幾何，和編碼理論中的問(wèn)題，取得了一系列的重要成果。他與合作者用數(shù)論中深刻的關(guān)于高斯和的Stickelberger定理證明了m-序列交錯(cuò)相關(guān)函數(shù)中由Welch和Niho在1972年提出的兩個(gè)猜想， 其證明方法在其它問(wèn)題上有一系列的應(yīng)用。在差集的研究中，與馮濤一起利用高階分圓類構(gòu)造出真正的斜Hadamard差集；這是在Marshall Hall Jr.1956年的工作后第一次成功地用分圓類構(gòu)造出差集，具有突破性意義。他與David Chandler和Peter Sin一起用典型群的模表示理論與特征和來(lái)研究一些組合關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣所生成的糾錯(cuò)碼，并計(jì)算其不變因子和p-秩, 這被認(rèn)為是“的確非常優(yōu)美”的工作。

個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：葛根年，教育部長(zhǎng)江特聘教授、國(guó)家杰青、國(guó)家百千萬(wàn)人才、北京學(xué)者。長(zhǎng)期從事組合數(shù)學(xué)、編碼理論、信息安全、信號(hào)處理、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)等數(shù)學(xué)與信息交叉科學(xué)研究，在國(guó)際組合數(shù)學(xué)及信息學(xué)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)頂尖刊物 《Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A》、《SIAM Journal on Discrete Mathematics》、《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》、《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文190余篇，并被SCI引用2300余次。自2014年愛(ài)思唯爾（Elsevier）發(fā)布“中國(guó)高被引學(xué)者（Most Cited Chinese Researchers）榜單”以來(lái)，一直進(jìn)入榜單。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)組合數(shù)學(xué)與圖論專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任，國(guó)際組合數(shù)學(xué)及其應(yīng)用協(xié)會(huì)“Medals Committee Member”（全球共3人）。目前受邀擔(dān)任國(guó)際組合設(shè)計(jì)界權(quán)威SCI期刊《Journal of Combinatorial Designs》、國(guó)際代數(shù)組合界權(quán)威SCI期刊《Journal of Algebraic Combinatorics》、國(guó)內(nèi)權(quán)威SCI期刊《中國(guó)科學(xué)：數(shù)學(xué)》、國(guó)內(nèi)SCI期刊《高校應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》的編委。曾獲國(guó)際組合數(shù)學(xué)及其應(yīng)用協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的“Hall Medal”、中國(guó)青年科技獎(jiǎng)、教育部自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)、浙江省科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng)。

報(bào)告題目：Variational Correlation Between Nonlinear Schrodinger Equations with Differential Potentials

摘要：This talk is concerned with several types of nonlinear Schrodinger equations with differential potentials. We first discuss the variational characteristics for the time-independent Schrodinger equations. Then we establish the sharp conditions and sufficient conditions for global existence of the Cauchy problems. Especially, we find the comparison relations between the different ground states. We also obtain the sharp conditions for global existence of two types of Gross-Pitaevskii equations in terms of the related ground states.

個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：張健，電子科技大學(xué)教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，他先后主持了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金，日本學(xué)術(shù)振興會(huì)特別研究員基金等一系列研究項(xiàng)目，相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在Comm. Math. Phys., Comm. in PDE, J. StatisticalPhysics, SIAM J. Math. Anal., J. Functional Analysis, Arch. Rational Mech. Anal,J. Differential Equations等學(xué)術(shù)刊物，并被國(guó)際著名數(shù)學(xué)家Kenig , Merle, Bambusi, Sacchetti和郭柏靈院士等多次引用。其成果獲得3項(xiàng)四川省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，并應(yīng)邀在美國(guó)，澳大利亞，新加坡，香港，上海，北京等地舉辦的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上報(bào)告。主持國(guó)家精品資源共享課程《數(shù)學(xué)史》，并獲四川省教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)6項(xiàng)。

報(bào)告題目：帶有流量限制的擬線性趨化模型解的整體有界性

摘要：考慮了一類帶流量限制的趨化模型的初邊值問(wèn)題，通過(guò)建立新的先驗(yàn)估計(jì), 在 $p>q\geq1$的條件下, 證明該模型唯一的經(jīng)典解是整體存在且關(guān)于時(shí)間一致有界的, 從而解決了Mizukami等人在(J. Differential Equations 267(2019) 5115-5164, Acta. Appl. Math. doi.org/10.1007/s10440-019-00275-z) 中提出的公開(kāi)問(wèn)題.

個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：穆春來(lái)，重慶大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，教授，博士導(dǎo)師。2005年入選“教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”計(jì)劃，2008入選重慶市學(xué)術(shù)與技術(shù)帶頭人。先后承擔(dān)了多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才基金、教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金、重慶市自然科學(xué)重點(diǎn)基金項(xiàng)目。2015年獲得重慶市自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)；2014年獲得國(guó)家教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)。已在“Math Mod Meth Appl. Sci”、“J. Diff. Equs”、“J. Nonlinear Sci.”、“Proc. Roy. Soc. EdinghSec. A”、“Dis. Contin. Dyn. Syst.”、“Z. Angew. Math. Phys”等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要數(shù)學(xué)期刊發(fā)表論文200余篇。

報(bào)告題目：On Optimal Locally Repairable Codes with Super-Linear Length

摘要：In this talk, on one hand, new upper bounds on the length of optimal locally repairable codes are derived. The new bounds both improve and generalize previously known bounds. On the other hand, our focus is to construct optimal codes, whose length is order-optimal with respect to the new upper bounds. Optimal codes are constructed, whose length is order-optimal with respect to the new upper bounds. Notably, the length of the codes is super-linear in the alphabet size.
