Title: Convex Analysis in Zⁿ and Applications to Optimization

報(bào)告摘要：In this talk, we compare convex sets and functions in Zⁿ defined by Adiar and Fang, and Borwein and Giladi, respectively. It is shown that their definitions of convex sets are the same, but not the case for their definitions of convex functions. More precisely, the definition of convex functions in sense of Adiar and Fang implies that in sense of Borwein  and Giladi, but the converse is not true in general. Under suitable assumptions, we show their definitions of convex functions are the same. We also discuss affine sets and separation of convex sets in Zⁿ. We propose several open questions for these topics.  As an application, we consider a linear integer programming problem with linear inequality constraints and obtain some necessary and sufficient optimality conditions by employing image space analysis.

報(bào)告人介紹：李軍，男，1974年10月生，博士，教授，四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人，西華師范大學(xué)特聘教授。研究方向?yàn)閮?yōu)化理論及應(yīng)用、非線性分析及應(yīng)用，在EJOR、JCA、Sci. China Math.、JOTA、 JOGO等國際主流期刊上發(fā)表SCI收錄論文40篇，總引用近800次；主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和青年基金、教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、四川省杰出青年學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人培育計(jì)劃等多項(xiàng)；在科學(xué)出版社出版教材1部；獲四川省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)自然科學(xué)類三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（排1/2）、自貢市科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（排3/3）；四川省高校創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)《非線性分析及最優(yōu)化》帶頭人。多次應(yīng)邀學(xué)術(shù)訪問意大利Pisa大學(xué)、英國Swansea大學(xué)、韓國國立Gyeongsang大學(xué)和韓國Gyungnam大學(xué)、臺(tái)灣元智大學(xué)及香港理工大學(xué)。培養(yǎng)碩士55名（含在讀），博士1名（合作），其中8名研究生分別考取了武漢大學(xué)、四川大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)、東北大學(xué)、東南大學(xué)、西安電子科技大學(xué)、南京師范大學(xué)、北京工業(yè)大學(xué)博士研究生。

報(bào)告二：

報(bào)告摘要：In this talk, we will focus on a special type of Boolean bent functions. We will construct a new class of  bent functions, which includes some earlier constructions of  bent functions as special cases. Next, we will use these bent functions to construct good mutually unbiased bases (MUBs), codebooks and sequences. We shall show that these bent functions have novel applications in many fields such as symmetric cryptography, quantum physics, compressed sensing and CDMA communication system.

報(bào)告人介紹：唐春明，男，博?，西華師范?大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息學(xué)院副教授。2012年博士畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)。并先后在巴黎第八大學(xué)和香港科技大學(xué)從事博士后研究工作。主要研究包括密碼、編碼及其相關(guān)的數(shù)學(xué)理論。先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目和面上項(xiàng)目各一項(xiàng)。發(fā)表 研究論文 40 余篇，其中 EI、SCI 檢索論文30 余篇，代表性成果發(fā)表在國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》、《Finite Fields and Their Applications 》、《Designs, Codes and Cryptography 》《Science China》和《China Communications》 等上面。
