題目: The dynamics of nonlocal diffusion systems with free boundary

報告內(nèi)容：This talk concerns with the free boundary problems of nonlocal diffusion systems, which are natural extensions of the free boundary problems of reaction diffusion systems, where ``nonlocal diffusions'' are used to describe the population dispersal, with the free boundary representing the spreading front of the species. We prove that such kind of nonlocal diffusion problems has a unique global solution, and then show that a spreading-vanishing dichotomy holds. Moreover, criteria of spreading and vanishing are established for the classical Lotka-Volterra competitive and prey-predator models.

報告人簡介：王明新，哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)特聘教授和二級教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼獲得者。曾任江蘇省數(shù)學(xué)會副理事長，東南大學(xué)理學(xué)院副院長、數(shù)學(xué)系主任、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)碩士和博士點(diǎn)學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人、二級教授和特聘教授, 江蘇省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科“應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)”首席科學(xué)家。

在Proc. London Math. Soc., Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., Indiana Univ. Math. J., J. Math. Pures Appl., J. Func. Analysis, SIAM J. Math. Anal., SIAM J. Appl. Math., J. Diff. Equns., J. London Math. Soc., Physica D, J. Dyn. Diff. Equat. ,等國內(nèi)外核心期刊上發(fā)表論文 240 余篇，其中被 SCI檢索的有240余篇?？茖W(xué)出版社出版和高等教育出版社專著6本。

主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目9項(xiàng)，在研一項(xiàng)。獲得教育部科技進(jìn)步三等獎2次，江蘇省科技進(jìn)步二等獎1次，高等學(xué)?？茖W(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎自然科學(xué)二等獎1次。
