主講人簡介：

Vassilis G. Kaburlasos received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Nevada Reno (UNR), USA in 1989 and 1992, respectively. From 1994 to 2002 he worked as a research associate in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece. Since 2002 he serves as a Professor Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology, Greece.

Dr. Kaburlasos has (co)authored more than 120 scientific research articles in indexed journals, refereed conferences and books. Currently, there are more than 600 “third party” citations to his published work corresponding to an h-index of 14. Dr. Kaburlasos has been a participant, investigator or leader in 21 research projects funded both publicly and privately in the USA and in the European Union. He has been a member of the technical/advisory committee or an invited speaker in 20 international conferences and a reviewer of 25 SCI indexed journals.
