摘要： Classical Goppa codes are a well-known class of codes with applications in code-based cryptography, which are a special case of alternant codes. Many papers are devoted to the search for Goppa codes with a cyclic extension or with a cyclic parity-check subcode.
Let F_q be a finite field with q=2^m elements, where m is a positive integer. In this paper, we determine all the generator polynomials of cyclic expurgated or extended Goppa codes under some prescribed permutations induced by the projective general linear automorphism A ∈PGL_2(F_q). Moreover, we provide some examples to support our findings.
報告人簡介：岳勤，南京航空航天大學數(shù)學系教授，博士生導師。1996-1999中國科技大學數(shù)學系,博士，導師馮克勤教授，并獲得中國科學院研究生院長優(yōu)秀獎學金。2000年1月-2002年1月，進入復旦大學數(shù)學所做博士后。主要研究方向為代數(shù)數(shù)論、代數(shù)K理論和編碼密碼理論，發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇，其中包括：J. Reine Angew. Math., Math. Z, IEEE Trans. Inform. Theory等刊物；多次獲批科研基金項目，其中主持國家自然科學基金面上項目5項和國際合作項目2項。曾多次受邀出境訪學和學術報告，先后訪問臺灣中央研究院數(shù)學所，意大利物理中心、臺灣大學數(shù)學所、韓國高級科學技術學院，香港大學等地。
